wyoming game and fish

High water flows and erosion have forced the Wyoming Game and Fish Department to temporarily close a portion of the access road at the popular Lusby Public Access Area to vehicular traffic.
Casper Region Habitat and Access Supervisor Matt Pollock said a 100-foot section of the access road washed away, causing a possible public safety issue. Therefore, the portion of the access road downstream of the main parking area is closed to vehicular traffic. However, the entire access area remains open to pedestrian travel within the bounds of the 100-foot easement.

Tesla (NASDAQ:TSLA) is hitting the market today via an initial public offering (IPO) and it seems as though the Street is pretty excited. Not only are investors bidding up the shares toward the top of the projected range, they are likely to exceed it. The IPO is currently priced at $17 per share, which is above the expected range of $14 to $16. Additionally, the company lifted the number of shares offered from 11.1 million to 13.3 million. A per-share price of $17 is equal to a market cap of $1.5 billion, based on 93.5 million total shares outstanding following the IPO plus a $50 million private investment from Toyota Motor (NYSE:TM).

Based on early momentum, expect shares of Tesla to trade even higher once it opens for trading on the Nasdaq this morning.  I may day trade it, but I’d want to see some firm intraday support and resistance areas set up in the first few hours.

Meet Anna Chapman
a Russian spy. Seriously. A ring of 11 Russian spies was apprehended in New York yesterday for passing on information about the United States via electronic means. Among them, Anna Chapman, a 28-year-old Russian divorcee with a masters in economics and as the New York Post reports: "a Victoria's Secret body."

Below: Russian spy Anna Chapman pulling off her best Jennifer Aniston impression. No kidding. Check out this Jennifer Aniston pic and tell me that Anna Chapman doesn't totally look like her. That's the real story here. Anna Chapman's been impersonating one of American television's most beloved stars. Not cool.

germany england world cup

BLOEMFONTEIN, South Africa — Germany's latest World Cup victory over England will be remembered not for any of the brilliant goals, but for the one that didn't count.
Ask anyone – players, coaches, thousands of fans in the stadium and millions more watching on television – and there's little question that Frank Lampard put a shot in the net late in the first half that would have tied the score.
But referee Jorge Larrionda waved play on, and Germany used two second-half goals by Thomas Mueller for a 4-1 victory Sunday. The Germans are headed to the quarterfinals. The English are shaking their heads in disbelief.
"It's incredible," England coach Fabio Capello said. "We played with five referees and they can't decide if it's a goal or no goal.
